In a recent video shared on Facebook, the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, spoke about Nigeria’s new Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant- General Waidi Shaibu, revealing what God showed him concerning the General’s approach to insecurity in the country.
The prophecy, which was released on Friday, October 31, 2025, focused on the performance of Lieutenant-General Shaibu and his determination to confront terrorism and banditry across Nigeria.
According to Primate Ayodele, the new army chief is a no-nonsense officer who will not hesitate to use force against insurgents threatening national peace. “One bullet for one terrorist,” Ayodele declared, describing the new COAS as someone who will act decisively and take full control of the security situation.
He further stated, “This Chief of Army Staff is going to perform very well. He will not take any nonsense from terrorists. He is going to bring new discipline and strategy into the Nigerian Army.”
The cleric, however, urged Nigerians to pray for General Shaibu, noting that though he will perform impressively, some internal elements may try to sabotage his efforts. “He must be careful of political distractions and betrayal from within. If he remains focused, the fight against insecurity will improve greatly,” he warned.
The revelation has since attracted wide attention online, with many Nigerians expressing hope that the new COAS will bring about a positive change in the nation’s battle against terrorism and restore confidence in the military’s leadership.
